So jealous of the storm. Was going to be out chasing in that part of South Dakota that night but my chase partner got stuck at work late.

That was a weird storm here in Tyndall there was no wind, and hardly no hail and same in Avon but you would go south of Avon and there was hit and miss wind damage but no hail damage but you go to Dante which is 10 miles away and they had record size hail.... what was odd about the hail is that it was jagged in which different hail stones fuse together rather then cycle and get better. In Yankton they had baseball size hail but again only a few stones. thats what was odd in the 20-25 minutes it hailed there was only 3 hail stones of any size that we could see.Comment
