  • Logan's new replacement?

Looks like USD found a candidate to replace Stephen Logan, getting a RB transfer from Wisconsin.

"The University of South Dakota football program took a step toward filling the vacated tailback position with the signing of former Wisconsin Badgers recruit Dion Foster.

The Coyotes announced the signing of Foster, a heralded high school player from the Chicago area, on Tuesday."

Too bad for Quincy. Maybe he will focus on track alone.

I think Foster wanted to play I-AA ball but the new rules made that hard for him to do. I believe several of the I-AA schools in Illinios were courting him. Probably good news that he went to the lower ranks. I guess time will tell.

Time will tell also tell if sitting out a year from football will have an impact. Anyway good move for him, if every thing works out he'll still be able to play FCS football.
