I like our chances but Montana St. is a quality team, solid on both sides of the ball and they have the homefield. We need to do a better job covering kickoffs and punts. I'll take the Jacks by 6.

Actually Coach Stig mentioned on the Jackrabbit Report that he saw improvement in the special teams and wanted them to be have a positive impact on the outcome of this weeks game.

Agreed Parker is our man, and for a true freshman he is very good. It will be a while before he has his 21st birthday, thank goodness.

My prediction:

Jackrabbits vs. Bobcats
or
Jack vs. Bob


Even teams - even stats, MSU coming off a emotional win against a tough confrence team. Now they are against a former DII team (as they say). Some of the bobcats looking at playoffs already. Montana State has to win this game if nothing more than for themselves.  Again the Rabbits on the road against a ranked team and have nothing to lose.

*The run game and kicking game, should put us over the top. Biggest battle will be for field postion and pass protection. Their run game maybe a little suspect and we have shut/slowed down some pretty good run offenses this year.


14 - 7 Jacks at half, when final gun has sounded it will be 30-14 Jacks win, Jacks win.
