For the first time in school history the Jackrabbits have cracked the I-AA Top 25!  8-) Not bad considering this is our third season in I-AA. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Onward and upward. Curiosity got the best of me. I checked and UWL is ranked #9 in division 3. Their only loss is to #2 ranked UW-Whitewater. With a little good luck we could be 7-1 or 8-0. With a little bad luck we could be 1-7 or 2-6. I am very satisfied at this point being 5-3. I really believe we can run the table and finish 8-3.

Jackrabbits ranked for first time in I-AA

For the first time since moving up to the NCAA Division I-AA level, the South Dakota State University football team is nationally ranked.

The Jackrabbits moved into both The Sports Network and College Sporting News top 25s on Monday. SDSU is ranked 24th in The Sports Network poll, while checking in at 21st in the CSN Coaches Poll.
