Probably all three with Bainbridge having the best shot to be picked up.

      Re: Pro Day Calander

I guess I don't see any of them getting drafted, but I think they all could be invited to training camps.  I'm not sure how it all works though.  It will be interesting to see what happens with USD's logan and Steffes from NDSU as well.  I'm thinking niether of them will get drafted either.

Stephan Logan RB/KR Logan (5-6½, 177), who went to Jackson High School in Miami, worked out at Miami's Pro Day in Coral Gables. Last season, he finished sixth in the Harlon Hill Trophy voting (the Heisman Trophy for NCAA Division II) after rushing for 1,707 yards on 7.2 yards per carry. He ran his 40s in 4.50 and 4.56 seconds. He ran the short shuttle in 4.32 and the three-cone drill in 6.84. He also had a 38½-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot-1 broad jump and 11 bench presses.
Kyle Steffes RB Steffes (5-11¼, 206) ran 4.58 and 4.62 in the 40, and 4.08 in the short shuttle and 6.71 in the cone drill. He also had a 32-inch vertical jump, a 9-2 broad jump and did 13 lifts.

Yes. Correct. Mistake on my part. Big mistake. I apologize to all my NDSU friends. I will fix that now.

                Athletes try to impress scouts

BROOKINGS - Those fitness tests you took in elementary school were on display at Frost Arena on Thursday.

The athletes were bigger and faster, however, and the potential reward was far greater.

It was "Pro Day" at South Dakota State for college football players from the area, with NFL scouts measuring prospects' strength, speed and agility.

Displaying athletic ability in front of NFL personnel guys is a long, long way from playing in the league - or even getting invited to a training camp - but it is where nearly every pro career gets its start.

"In a way we've all been training for this our whole lives," said SDSU receiver Micah Johnson, who will definitely get into an NFL camp. "It's nothing really new. It's just on a bigger stage for us knowing that we could be professionals."

The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Johnson played in the Hula Bowl and, partially based on positive impressions he made there, has been mentioned as a possible mid- to late-round pick in the NFL draft this year. . . . (read more)
