Is this stuff even legal? I can't go out and sell football helmets with the Intel or Apple logo on them. SDSU's logo is copyrighted, yes?

And when selling a $1,265 couch, an SDSU couch, is it really the best policy to show an NDSU logo on said couch, and blurry at that?

SDSU should receive licensing $$$ for those items. I know NDSU receives money whether you purchase apparel at a game, Varsity Mart, Scheel's, Gordman's, or a truck stop.

I have a pair. I'm pretty sure that SDSU is receiving licensing money for sales of that stuff.
