  • Bo's Meltdown

If you haven't seen it, the link to the last couple of minutes in the NDSU 27-24 win at YSU, is below. Coach Pelini needs to find another line of work before his cork pops.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7N7...ature=youtu.be

Its actually pretty sad. He took away his team's chance to try to win the game. Maybe it wasn't a good chance but it was a chance.

I agree with the commentators the Mo Valley should fine him if they are able to.

I was expecting worse. It seems like he is like that after every play and game. You would think a family of friend would eventually say something to him. Assuming he watched the replay I don't see how he can't be embaressed by this. This is one reason I am glad to have coach stig. I know some don't love stig much but their are schools that have an a-- hat like him.

The conference gave Bo a reprimand. That'll learn him: http://www.valley-football.org/news/...V9NOlM.twitter

It's pretty sad that a guy like that, who apparently hates everything about coaching can keep coaching, while a guy like Jerry Kill, who loved every minute of it, is forced to retire.

Best result would be for Pelini to pull it together and focus on winning football and graduating players. If he can't do that, he needs to do some soul-searching and probably hang it up.

His brother was right there with him, not as bad but still was yapping too.

As a Husker fan, this is the standard with Pelini. Youngstown knew what they were getting when they hired him. I can't believe he waited as long as he did to go off though. That PI call was terrible.

Honestly, I would maybe lose my mind too. The whole left side and center of the Bizun offensive line was on a different snap count than the rest of the team and that was terrific coverage from the CB. What a BS call. Eventually the horseshoe has to get unstuck from their ass, right? The ref was worried about their escort out of the stadium HAHAHA!

However, Pelini was out of control and its too bad that he cost his team any shot to make a comeback. YSU is weird. It seems that they have the talent but can't put it all together.

You may want to do some research, there a lot of photos out there showing that it was pass interference. You can't grab the receivers jersey and pull him down.

The youtube video was from a single angle, which favored a no-call.

However the ref that threw the flag was on the backside of this angle. Looking at the video a second time, the CB elevated to high-point the ball, whereas the WR appeared to make a much weaker effort to go after it. I couldn't find "a lot of photos", but I'd like to think the ref saw the same thing when he threw the flag.

Do you have these photos? Unless it was on the backside with his left hand, it was great defense.

I stink at inserting photos so hopefully this works.

It has the appearance of grabbing the jersey while going for the ball. It could just be a point of reference to verify the call.
