    SDSU @ MSU
    ISU-b @ ISU-r
YSU @ WIU - This week's surprise. I think WIU is a better team but one of these weekends, YSU is going to bite someone.
    USD @ UNI
    NDSU
    @ SIU

Watching the two ISUs on ESPN3. Neither team looks very good. Granted the weather isn't great, but ISUr can't move it against the Sycamore defense. And the Sycamore offense is, as usual, terrible. ISUb just gave up a safety. 2-0 ISUr.
      Holy nutmeg!

Wow, ISUb up 21-9 at half. Scored 21 points in the 2nd quarter. Verrrrry interesting.

The average attendance for the MVFC games was 6164 today. ISUr had 7498, WIU had 2610, SIU had 6508, MSU had 3729, and UNI brought 10476. Next week is looking like it will be around 40 degrees in Brookings. It would be encouraging to see a larger crowd for the final game at CAS against the first place team in the conference.

The Redbirds have a swagger about them. This is two weeks in a row they've been less than stellar in the first half and made it happen in the second. Roberson threw a pick halfway through the 4th when they were driving for the lead and it didn't phase him. He came back and led them on the game winner the next drive. Needless to say...they're good. Really good. Jacks D is going to have to play their best game of the year.

subtract the 10 and that's the attendance number at UNI. If there was 10,000 we had 100,000 in the DAKOTADOME for Dakota Days

That's fairly pathetic, isn't it? Weather?

So you are saying that less than a 1000 at the game??? It sounded like the 3700 at Springfield may have been a stretch too

Seems like ISU-B found some ways to stymie the Redbirds. While the Redbirds have established themselves as the best in the MVFC, they've also demonstrated they're mere mortals.

No, that's an exaggeration, but my point was how everyone blows up their numbers on attendance. I think there were probably 6000 maybe. And the funny things is if you have been therre before, they put the visitors in the southwest corner sorta middle of the endzone and back, and won't let you move to a better seat come hell or high water. The viewing there sucks.

This helps SDSU. Someone needs to knock off UNI.
