    For Sept 22: TJ Lally is the MVFC (1) defensive player of the week; and (2) newcomer of the week. Second week in a row for TJ as "newcomer of the week".

    Well-deserved...the guy is an animal.

    He is my favorite player on the defense and will be fun to watch for three more years. He makes plays all over the field and reminds me of a smaller Danny Batten and a bigger Jimmy Rogers.

      I hope he gets about 9 more of these. I hope the whole defense gets jealous and they all start trying so hard to get this award that they play lights out defense for the rest of the season. It should be team defense goal to not let anyone else get this award but a Jackrabbit!

        I met the Lally's and the Sherlock's when they stopped by our tailgate at the KU game. Great people that had nothing but great things to say about SDSU and the Jackrabbit football family. T.J. is going to go down as one of the best ever at SDSU and I expect Jack to start shining soon as well. Jack's dad played football at Purdue. Can't wait to see them in action again on Saturday.
