Nice win against SE Louisiana, Jackrabbit fans although it cost me a W. There is still time for newcomers to join in the fun. I have instituted a "grace policy" which lets you earn points for any missed weeks. This weeks feature attraction, Meet the Mascots of the Missouri Valley. Good job so far, rabidrabbit. I hope you don't mind if try to entice some more Jackrabbit fans to match their wits against you. This week's feature attraction is a tour of the MVFC stadiums. I am still allowing newcomers to play and you just might win the first "Newcomer of the Week" award.

Certainly these games make following the FCS, and in this case, the MVFC fun. Nothing but bragging rights, but still a good time.

Learn more about the various stadiums. I would not have guessed the right stadium as the tallest building in town.

Rabidrabbit, I think an imposter might have used your user name to make a couple of posts today. Or was it you by chance? I don't prevent people from submitting more than once. I just go with the latest one, as long as it is really their post. I will assume these two today are bogus unless you tell me otherwise. I will definitely tighten up the authentication process before rolling out the Summit League BB version of this.

Why was my second set of pics not posted? I kept same answers and onoy went to correct my error of somehow choosing USD to beat SDSU. I thought I got these in on time.

Yes, I submitted more than once to better answer the auxilary q's. Guessed on a lot of those in the first vote. All the choices should have been the same. Not a good weekend for picking by this Rabbit.

                              Re: MVFC Pigskin Prognosticator Contest

Lots of things have changed including the name but I will stick with the same ol' thread for this year:

MVFC Pigskin Parlay (yet another pick'em game) is back again for 2015. I am doing just the one conference (Missouri Valley) contest this year although there will be a few games to pick from other conferences each week. Lots of new stuff. The game pick form has been streamlined and made more friendly on mobile devices. Also, you can now augment your weekly game pick points with a few extra bonus referral reward points by getting some of your family, friends and colleagues to join in. The pick form includes the Massey Matchup spread for all games just in case you need a little extra help. Last year, we had a Survivor contest and it returns in Week #5 with a bevy of other "sidebet" games along the way that will always keep you on your toes. We kick off the season with a sidebet called Quick Draw McGraw that matches your pick wits and finger dexterity skills against the likes of MisterMassey and the other players. With a separate sidebet game always in play, there will be at least two $25 e-gift certificate winners each and every week. Tentatively, I am considering a special "Social Group Shootout" contest for Week #7 ($100 group reward) if there are a few reasonably-sized referral groups in the player mix. The top three finishers in the regular season point total race will receive $100, $75, and $50. And of course, we will finish off the season with an FCS Playoff Pool (rewards TBD) where hopefully two Missouri Valley teams will once again square off to take home all of the marbles. Last but not least, there is absolutely no cost to play and never will be.

I am not at all picky when it comes to a spot for the contest winners to cash in their victory rewards. The registration page includes a long list, among them favorites for guys and gals alike. If your favorite is not there, I will do my best to get you and/or your reward where you would like you/it to go, including charitable organizations in your name.

I hope to see a few of you in the contest again this year. Here is the link to the web page to get started (click on "Register/Submit Week 1 Predictions" and then "Register Now"):
